Huge Connected Office

The Plan
The goal of all three channels working together was greater coherence within the office, and between international offices. With TV, TABS, and SIDES, employees could meet a new hire, find an event, or share artwork with the entire company—effortlessly.
A snapshot of a whiteboarding session, quickly sketching out some details.
Huge TV
Main Screen
The primary screen was positioned in the main lobby and showed New Hires, Case Studies, Events, Announcements and fun content bumpers. Video shoots were held every two weeks for the new employee content.
Templates
These are many of the templates that housed various data types.
Satellite Screens
Complementary displays optionally ran content related to the main screen such as attribution or additional project information.
Text-to-Screen
One Block of functionality I wrote on a whim was the ability to text (MMS) any image to replace whatever was on there at the time. It became a hit and people even started using it for presentations instead of connecting their laptop. Twilio fees aside, this was a fun experiment.
Huge Tabs
At Your Fingertips
Huge Tabs is a homepage for everything taking place in the office. Backgrounds were driven dynamically by employee uploads through the plus [+] button. Links on the left are consolidated company resources otherwise scattered across cloud drives, bookmarks, emails and more.
Huge Sides
Get Involved
Side projects are a way for Hugers to flex their creativity outside of the constraints of client work. Some are small in scope, some large, but each keeps the entrepreneurial spirit alive inside Huge. The problem is knowing who is working on what, and how people can get involved. Some structure can reduce redundancies and promote collaboration, but too much can slow down and even smother nascent ideas.
